Palak Gosht
Tender diced lamb & spinach cooked in fresh garlic with chopped
tomatoes, ginger, herbs,
spices & garnished with garam masala.
Chicken Shashlic
Diced chicken, tomatoes, peppers & onions marinaded in a special
Punjabi barbecue
sauce & grilled over charcoal.
